Deposit / Booking Fee / Cancellation Policies
Once a reservation is made and secured with a credit card, it is a guaranteed reservation. Your room is automatically held for you. If your room is cancelled you are subject to a $50.00 booking fee, and if it is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival or should you not show up, you are responsible for the first nights rent.
We also reserve the right to request a non refundable $50.00 per night deposit. This deposit is credited to your stay.
No Smoking / No Pets Policies
We do not allow smoking inside any of our buildings or units, and we do not allow pets of any kind on the property. Failure to comply with these policies will force us to charge you fee of $250.00, or cost of repairing the damage, whichever is higher, plus you will be asked to leave immediately.
Smoking is permitted on the property, as per provincial guidelines.
